"South London and Maudsley NHS Foundation Trust provides the widest range of NHS mental health services in the UK. We also provide substance misuse services for people who are addicted to drugs and alcohol. Our services include the Maudsley Hospital and Bethlem Royal Hospital. We work closely with the Institute of Psychiatry, King's College London.
We are part of King's Health Partners Academic Health Sciences Centre a pioneering collaboration between Kings College London, and Guy's and St Thomas', Kings College Hospital and South London and Maudsley NHS Foundation Trusts. Our Charity, The Maudsley Charity uses donations made to South London and Maudsley NHS Foundation Trust (SLaM), and its' predecessor organisations, to invest in projects that support improvements to mental healthcare. The Charity aims to support innovation and improvement in mental health services. This includes promoting public awareness and understanding of mental health issues." |
